Cleveland District Retirees’ Club meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Local Union No. 33 Cleveland District Union Hall, located at 12515 Corporate Drive, Parma, Ohio (Corporate Drive is an extension of Hummel Road).
Remaining 2010 meeting dates:
Coffee, donuts and pizza are served at all regular meetings. All luncheon meetings start at 12 Noon with the meeting following at 1 p.m. We have an “Attendance Prize Pool,” 60/40 Split Pot and we collect for an optional Ohio Lottery Mega Bucks pool.
For those of our Club members from 2009 who have not paid for 2010, please do so now.

For those of our retired sheet metal workers past and present who are not Club members, please help us be financial strong by sending a $12 check for 2010 dues, made out to the Cleveland Retirees Club, and mail it to Co-Treasurer Duane Miller, 4465 Lockmoor Lane, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.

Wednesday, May 5th is our Pork Chop Luncheon. Serve at 12 Noon. Hank Mallery from the Cleveland Metroparks will be joining us to present “American Folk Songs.”
Wednesday, June 2nd is our Annual Summer Lunchon at 11:30 a.m. at The Colony Restaurant in Berea. More info to come in the form of a letter. Katherine Kohl from Lake View Cemetery will present “Landscapes, Landmarks, Legacies.”
Wednesday, July 7th is our Annual Club Picnic at the Cleveland Metropark at Memphis and Tiedeman (near Kiddie Park) beginning at 10 a.m. We will eat at Noon. Bring your own meat and drink. The Club will have a fire to cook and at a cost to you we will have potato salad, baked beans, etc.
Wednesday, August 4th is a regular meeting at 1 p.m. or luncheon at 12 Noon (not sure yet).
Wednesday, September 1st will be rigatoni, meatball and sausage luncheon at 12 Noon. The Labor Day Parade with Lolley the Trolley for the retirees (date/time and location to be determined).
Wednesday, October 6th will be a stuffed cabbage luncheon at 12 Noon. Our October casino trip date, destination and cost to be determined.
Wednesday, November 3rd is a regular meeting at 1 p.m. with the Election of Officers for 2011.
Wednesday, December 1st will be our Annual Christmas Luncheon.
At all luncheons cost for Club members is $4 and all non-Club members what it cost us per person (most are $8 to $9).
